Members from the LINk look through reports from the Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) service/ complaints from local NHS Trusts and reports from the Social Care and Well Being Directorate (adult social care) to keep an eye on any problems which may be occurring for patients, which the LINk may want to look at further. The Task group holds a meeting every 3 months to meet up and share information. Members decide which NHS Trust/ adult social care they want to focus on and receive reports to review (this is normally every month). As a member of this group, members work in their own time every month to review the reports and then speak to members who are also looking at the same report to decide on the issues they think need to be considered for more attention. The group is currently looking for members who would like to do some of this work on the following NHS Trusts; If you would like to get involved or need more information about this involvement opportunity, please contact Diane Blair on 0151 920 0726 (extension 331) or
