University of Cambridge student Eva-Maria Hempe is currently conducting a study addressing specialist services available to people with learning disabilities. The "Good Specialist Learning Disability Service - A Delphi Study" aims to identify the roles of a specialist service for people with learning disabilities and distinguish what additional services can be provided by the local council or GP surgeries.
