Patients and members of the public will play a vital part in the development of the Patient Experience and Involvement Strategy. The strategy will provide a clear view of how we will listen, respond to and capture patient and public feedback about their experience. This information will be important in enabling us to learn from experience and to improve the services we provide at Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust.
