NHS North West and the Department of Health have issued the 2010 Change 4 Life report. The report documents the progress and impact of the Change 4 Life campaign, and includes a brief section on Sefton CVS's Health and Social Care Forum's "Hoop 4 Life" programme which was successfully implemented last year.
