Looking Local – new ways to share information in Sefton.  
NHS Sefton introduced its Looking Local site at the beginning of the year. Looking Local in Sefton provides a wide range of information about healthy living and local health services through interactive channels on Sky and cable TV. It also works over the internet through web-enabled phones or computers.
Users can also book GP appointments with many practices in Sefton, find job vacancies through Jobcentre Plus, access transport times as well as finding useful contact details. We think it will be really useful for the majority of households in many areas of Sefton that don’t have internet access through a home computer.
